Brandywine Condominium Association

It is the responsibility of the Personnel Committee to investigate and address all matters relating to the Association’s personnel and employment policies and to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding such matters and policies.

The Personnel Committee will make annual recommendations for employee compensation to include both salary and benefits and to submit them to the Finance Committee for consideration in the next annual budget.
